Dr. George Petro is a graduate of the Mercer University School of Medicine. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and board eligible in Pediatrics. He completeted his residency at the Greenville Hospital System-University Medical Center at Greenville, South Carolina in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics (Med/Ped). Med/Ped physicians are a combo of internist and pediatrician in one single package. Their training allows them to take care of patients throughout their lifetime.
